He is a veryrnvalued employee and I don't want to lose him. How do I deal with it?rnA Rob Olorenshaw says: The complaint needs to be investigated urgently. I would suggest interviews with the complainant(s) and your project manager, with those discussions documented. If an official complaint arises you will need to take the necessary steps then. The complaint may be unfounded but if this person is actually harassing staff you need to protect them andrnask yourself is he really the type of manager I want in my business?rnA Vaughan Bumand advises: This is best dealt with as quickly as possible because his behaviour has to change straight away to prevent an escalation.
