The flow of new health projects has steadied since the start of the 2009-10rnfinancial year, with the value of underlying starts during the three months to September 2009 20 per cent up on a year.rnThis resulted in the value of starts for the year as a whole being unchanged on 2008, while there has also been a marked improvement in sector planning approvals.
