Interserve has been awarded a repairs, maintenance and asset management deal for 13,500 homes with East Thames worth up to ￡100m, beginning in April 2013. The contract is for an initial seven years, with a provision to extend to 15, and East Thames estimates it will save ￡4m per year. Interserve will deliver estate services to local areas, including cyclical works, building refurb, planned and responsive repairs and maintenance to corporate buildings.
