Interserve is trading in line with expectations after a strong second half as it announced contract wins worth around £500 million. In an upbeat trading update ahead of its annual results in March, the company said it had secured more than £1.5 billion of new work in 2010, contributing to a future workload of more than £5bn, of which around £l.5bn relates to this year. Its statement said: "With committed facilities in place until late 2013 of £250m,the group has a strong financial position with significant capacity to drive further growth.
