Meridian Water win helps Galliford to league victory

Last month saw the contractor secure the first phase of work worth £154m on the Meridian Water regeneration scheme (pictured). Galliford Try will delivery the first 725 homes for the development in east London. Enfield Council plans to build 10,000 new homes at the site over the coming years and values the whole regeneration scheme at £6bn. Galliford Try also secured a £53m contract in April for an office and retail scheme called Project Nash in Marble Arch for client Portman Estate.
