During the past two decades, we have seen rising interest in computer-supported collaboration and, withrnthe advent of the Web 2.0 and semantic technologies, increased importance for collaborative work.rnWorldwide, people expect unlimited access to information within and across cultures. Social networkingrncontinues to expand and impact collaboration approaches at the personal and enterprise levels. As arnresult, the computer-supported collaboration research community has turned its attention to the study ofrnhuman social behavior from records such as blogs, wikis, social media, and social networking sites [1].
