ARIZONA KICKS OFF 2012

On January 18, the Arizona Chapter started the year by introducing the chapter's new officers and three new directors. The newly elected President for 2012, Ray Russo of Sika Corporation, presided over the introductions and then introduced the evening's program.The chapter meeting topic was "Concrete Petrography," and it was presented by Derek X. Cong of WJE. The purpose of the presentation was to let the audience know about petrography, which Cong believes to be a unique and indispensable tool for troubleshooting materials-related construction problems.
