摘要

The main result of this study was that tennis table players did not present the modifications of intrinsic elastic properties in plantarflexors previously observed in other athletes (runners and jumpers). However, considering that in tennis table the most of displacements are performed in a coronal plane, the adaptations of the mechanical properties in high level players could take place in other musculotendinous complexes like the longus peroneus and/or the peroneus brevis.
