Koffein als Stoerfaktor bei der Ochratoxin-A-Analyse

Several hundreds of analyses were already performed with the described method for the analysis of OTA in coffee, which is based on IAC-HPLC with fluorescence detection. After the usual extraction of the sample, an additional extraction with dichloromethane was performed in order to remove disturbing caffeine. This treatment of the sample enhances the recovery and lets the limit of detection drop by a factor of three to 0.2 μg/kg.
