PCR takes Landfleet boss to court

The administrators of Landfleet Leicester have started legal action against the haulier's director after he failed to co-operate and provide records that could secure the firm's position. In a statement of proposals from administrator PCR, insolvency practitioner Julie Swan said Landfleet director Andrew Patterson had shown interest in purchasing the firm's business and assets after PCR was appointed in September. A pre-pack sale was discussed and Patterson made three offers, each lower than the previous one, all of which were rejected.
