A marker system for Korean native cattle is provided to show high individual identification and be able to minimize error by genotyping microsatellite markers through polymerase chain reaction program. The marker system for Korean native cattle comprises a combination of microsatellite markers, M-1 and M-2, where M-1 consists of BMS1747, BM2113, BL1009, ILSTS103, BM1824, TGLA126, ETH3, and ETH225, and M-2 consists of TGLA227, TGLA53, SPS115, BL23, ETH10, AND ILSTS006, and amplifies the combination of the microsatellite markers through multiplex polymerase chain reaction program and then obtains genotype.
