Clinton Library Under Way in Little Rock

The structural frame for the William J. Clinton Presidential Center is on track for completion at the end of May on the south bank of the Arkansas River in Little Rock, Arkansas. The newest presidential library, a bridgelike structure designed to mimic other nearby river crossings, sits between two parallel 420 ft (128 m) long trusses that cantilever 90 ft (27 m) in each direction.
