The claims regime under the new FIDIC Yellow Book

AT the International Contract Users Conference held in London on 6 and 7 December 2016, the contracts committee of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) provided a pre-release version of its revised Yellow Book (plant and design build) standard conditions of contract. This version is currently 'on tour' - it is being launched at various FIDIC conference events in 2017, from South America to South East Asia - but FIDIC has stated that this is not a consultation exercise.
