Indirect testing of digital-correction circuits inanalog-to-digital converters with redundancy

This paper presents a study of indirect fault testing ofndigital-correction circuits that operate as a part of analog-to-digitalnconverters with redundancy. Design and test techniques that improve thenfault coverage are described. The limitations of these techniques andnmethods to overcome these limitations are presented
