Low voltage CMOS fully differential integrators for high frequencyncontinuous-time filters using current-mode techniques are presented.nCurrent mode techniques are employed to avoid the use of the floatingndifferential pair, in order to achieve operation at lower supply voltagenlevels. These high frequency integrators feature good supply noisenrejection and power efficiency. Simulated and experimental results arenpresented verifying theoretical results. An example 10 MHz, 6 polenfilter fabricated in 2 Μm CMOS consumes only 0.7 mW/pole and requiresnonly a single 3.3 V supply voltage
