摘要

With the rapid development of life science, separation and analysis of gene and biomolecule have become one of the most important fields in analytic biochemistry. Of various separation methods, capillary electrophoresis is the most effective one to beused in the research. As the ratio of weight and electric charge of nuclei acid is almost equal to each other, the separation of nuclei acid is based on their size and shape in CE. So capillary sieving electrophoresis is chosen as the chief method for DNA fragment separation at present. Capillary sieving electrophoresis includes capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) and capillary non-gel sieving (NGS) electrophoresis. In NGS, the linear polymer is introduced into capillary directly and not cross-linked.Compared with the gel sieving, it is easy to prepare and has a longer life.
