摘要

Information on fluid pressure distribution pattern at slot seal channel inlet is given, and a mathematical equation is proposed for its description. A simplified procedure for calculating radial forces in a non-axisymmetric annular slot seal channel, which takes account of both the asymmetry of pressure distribution at slot channel inlet and the pattern of its change along the length of the inlet section of the channel, is given.
