Thave just read the letter from Richard Moule in your May edition. I had to check the date on the cover as I thought I had picked up the April edition. I had never realised that in the days of the working boats they all had a permanent approved mooring and never lived on their boats at all, no continuous cruisers then, clogging up the system. I then realised he must own a marina which needs those liveaboards to pay £30 per week into the owner's retirement fund and not use the mooring so it can be let again. What a splendid idea.
