Meet Well-B…

This odd-looking little character making the acquaintance of a small dog is Well-B, the latest new addition to the Canal & River Trust's ongoing campaign to promote the waterways for wellbeing in line with Government priorities (and with an eye to the need for something to replace the current public funding contract when it ends in 2027). A CRT logo on Well-B's front is a 'wellbeing monitor': in a lighthearted video on the CRT website canalrivertrust, org.uk this changes colour from a dull red glow, brought on by the character suffering from the hustle and bustle of city life, to a reinvigorated bright blue as Well-B flits around happily along the waterways.
