Reactions of 6-aminouracils — A novel and highly efficient procedure for preparation of some new spiro pyridodipyrimidines under classical or microwave-assisted solvent-free conditions

A versatile and highly efficient procedure has been introduced for preparation of spiro pyridodipyrimidinesnduring the investigation of the reaction of 1,3-dimethyl-6- aminouracil with isatin derivatives, ninhydrin, andnacenaphthoquinone under classical or microwave-assisted solvent-free conditions.%Dans le cadre d’une étude de la réaction du 1,3-diméthyl-6-aminouracil avec des dérivés de l’isatine, la ninhydrinenet l’acénaphtoquinone dans des conditions classiques ou des conditions sans solvant, assistées par des microondes,non a développé une méthode versatile et très efficace de préparation de spiropyridodipyrimidines.
