摘要

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is the msot common etiologic agent for infectious liver diseases. It is estimated that there re more than 250 million chronic HBV carriers in the world today and there is a significant association among persistent infection, liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma~[1-3]. The control fo HBV infections is thought to be mediated by both humoral and cellular immune responses involving neutralizing antibodies as well as class I and class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-restricted T cells~[4, 5].
