Alfa Laval tackles powder lumping

Sweden-based engineering solutions firm Alfa Laval has launched a new Hybrid Powder Mixer to tackle lumping in food production. The company claims the new mixer ensures high-speed dispersion of challenging powdered ingredients and, used in combination with the company's Rotary Jet Mixer, can maximise uptime and reduce operating and maintenance costs.
