PURPOSE: An atypical laver powder production apparatus and an atypical laver powder production method produce atypical laver powder using regular laver or seasoned laver.;CONSTITUTION: A blow crushing unit (200) cuts laver transferred by a guide transfer unit to the predetermined interval. A frame (300) is for mounting the guide transfer unit and the blow crushing unit. A control unit (400) controls the guide transfer unit and the blow crushing unit. A transfer belt (110) transfers the laver. A cutting member (120) finely cuts the laver toward the transferred longitudinal direction. A first rotary shaft (121) is combined to the frame. A cutting piece (122) is adjustably combined to the first rotary shaft. A second rotary shaft (210) is combined to the frame.
