Quality control is indispensable for the consistent production of fault-free goods. Beverage producers must therefore analyse both their raw materials and their intermediate and end products as comprehensively as possible. This is the only way to ensure that, alongside internal standards, legal requirements are also fulfilled. In view of the above and assuming that the analysis work is not outsourced, it is essential that every beverage producing company has a fully functional laboratory.
