Dorset brewer Hall & Woodhouse installed its last brewhouse from Robert Morton in 1899. The budget was £20,000 but it ended up costing £28,000. Current Managing Director Anthony Woodhouse told the project team for its replacement that, in 2011, a £8,000 overspend might be acceptable but 40% was certainly not!
