With an asking price of $54 million, 4444 Gordon Drive, known as Posada Del Sol, is one of the most expensive listings in Florida's history. As you would expect from a piece of real estate with this price tag, the 2.5-acre complex, located within the exclusive Port Royal enclave, offers plenty of bang for its buck. It comprises multiple lots, including a four-bedroom beachfront home, with a separate guest house, and a further four-bedroom bayside residence and two-bedroom carriage house. According to agent Frank Sajtar from William Raveis (an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate) it's not just the multiple dwellings that make this family compound so prized. "You can live on the beachfront property and just across the street dock your yacht at the bay-front property," he says. "There are only a couple of properties in Port Royal that have access to both beach and bay and there are none on the market now."
