PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of using existing villas low in utilization rate as accommodation facilities easy to deal with an aging society and as accommodation facilities not luxurious but rather easy to use freely.;SOLUTION: In the system, the existing villas are shared by owners and an operation managing company to remodel into villas having some themes and to compose a reservation managing system using a server and an OVS remote-controlled lock system allowing unlocking of the villas with ID numbers of sub owners on the reserved date. The sub owners are recruited through homepage. The sub owners registered at the managing company may reserve the dates for use through homepage. On the reserved day, the sub owners may use the villas with unlocking electric locks with their registered ID numbers. The sub owners must use the villas on their responsibilities and return the villas bringing them to be in a state in which next users can use immediately. Since the rental fees have been paid at the time of registering, the villas may be used quite simply with transferring money only for stipulated amount of electricity and heating expenses through bank accounts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
