Structure and functional dynamics of proteins

At the beginning of October 1996, Jurgen Sygush (Univer- sity of Montreal) and myself jointly organized a symposium on recent developments in the study of the dynamics of proteins. This symposium, held in the lovely setting of Sainte-Adele in the Laurentians, north of Montreal (Ca- nada), was part of the 'Neuvieme Entretiens du Centre Jac- ques-Cartier', a series of symposia jointly organized by Canadian and French scientists around themes of common interest.
