Looking at a life-size model of the new Actros, it is more dynamic and stylish than the current model. Its frontal design suggests great flair on the part of the designers. It was their task to produce a truck that was aerodynamic and dirt-resistant, and which featured spray suppression for transport in wet motorway conditions.rnThe result is a happy marriage between Teutonic reason and southern flair. Similar features have previously been incorporated in trucks and buses destined for Brazil. These underwent a mirac-rnulous metamorphosis on their journey from the Neckar to the Rio Tiete, and the resulting vehicles were not only practical, but also a feast for the eye.
