Along conversation with an old friend - a superb driver and multi-talented chassis developer - followed a long and winding trail of thought. It began from transmissions with active torque split. Here, I suggested, the necessary hardware - both sensors and electro-hydraulic transducers - now exists to achieve most of the ends chassis teams desire.
