Hollick Wines is a small family-owned winery in Coonawarra, South Australia. Ian and Wendy Hollick purchased their first plot of land at the southern end of the Coonawarra district in 1974 and since then, they have progressively planted vineyards and developed the business to include the winery, cellar door and restaurant. In 1998, the Hollicks developed another vineyard in the neighbouring region of Wrattonbully, adding further diversification and regional variation to the portfolio.
