POSSIBLE APPROACH TO FORMING A SYSTEM OF REGULATORY DOCUMENTS FOR NPP SAFETY

A new approach to developing a system of regulatory documents for the use of nuclear power is proposed for the example of documents for NPPs. The approach is based on the construction of a multivector phase space with a definite number and directionality of vectors characterizing the documents entering the system from different positions. The system of vectors proposed for NPP (association of a document, compliance, scientific-technical orientation and others) together with meaning values postulated for each vector makes it possible to locate any document by means of its characteristics in the designated phase space. The indexing of the vectors and meaning values makes it possible to use computer analysis of the completeness and uniqueness of the system and the documents contained in it.
