摘要

敷地は，オフィスビルや中小のマンションなどが建ち並ぶ都市のエアポケットのようrnな一角にあり，短冊状に区画されている。短冊状の敷地，積層することで獲得できる床rn面積という極めて都市的な条件であるからこそ，空間的なヒエラルキーの発現を避けたrnいと思った。%This site divided into rectangle is situated at the corner of the area where office buildings and middle-sized apartment are built. Under the urban condition, the floor area cannot be obtained without lamination of the floors. For this reason, this project must be avoided the appearance of the spatial order. So elevator core is planed at the center and the other room surrounds this for the sake of the realization of the sequence started from the main entrance to the roof. In the structural planning, for the realization of the architectural concept, the thickness of the wall is required making thinner and the total weight of thernbuilding lighter.
