One Person's View of EuCAP'201 0 from the West Side of the Pond

EUCAP 2010 was the first EuCAP that I have attended (Figure 11). Before I get distracted with details, I want to say up front that I was impressed with the conference. It was a huge success, and it will be an ambitious task to duplicate, much less to surpass. My pleasant experience started at the 2009 AP-S Awards Banquet, when Prof. Luis Jofre, General co-Chair of EuCAP'2010, attended the 2009 AP-S Symposium and received the 2009 H. A. Wheeler Prize Paper Award. At the banquet, Luis extended to me an invitation to present an invited paper at EuCAP'2010. This was followed later with an official invitation from both Luis and Juan Mosig, the general EuCAP series Chair. From my limited exposure while attending EuCAP'2010, here are some of my observations.
