Hannah McBride is a pastry cook at the Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida. A relative new-comer to the pastry world, she started cake decorating four years ago. "I've always worked with my hands and I love art," notes McBride, "when I started to see some of the beautiful cake art that exists out there, it inspired me to try cake decorating for myself." She began making small cakes for friends and family, and eventually her passion took her to pastry school.
