摘要

1. Sift the confectioners'sugar and ground almonds into a large mixing bowl. Discard any big pieces left after sifting. 2. Mix orange-color paste with 55g of egg whites. 3. Pour the colored egg whites onto the almond/ confectioners' sugar mix and leave to mix later.
