1. Roll some ivory fondant to V* inch thickness and cut four panels that are 2.5 inches deep by 7 inches long. Adhere these panels to the top of each side of the square tier to form the lip of the chimney pot. 2. To make the bricks, color some white fondant with three complementary shades of brown going from very light to dark. Branka notes: I used Wilton ivory, golden yellow, and brown to achieve a graduation in color. 3. To form the bricks, take the darkest shade of brown fondant and place a piece of rumpled/scrunched up parchment paper over the top and roll the fondant to approximately 1/4 inch thick. 4. Cut the rolled fondant into rectangular panels measuring 21/2 inches by 1 inch. Use your fingers to gently round the corners of the rectangle shapes.
