PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin food material such as pasta or noodle where characters of festive occasion, good luck invitation, encouragement or the like are carved, produced by solving the problem of an area of character indication, improving the lack of uneven feeling, and reinforcing adhesion of tasty material such as seasoning, flavor, soup, soy sauce or the like to the thin food material so as to be improved in its palate feeling and have hardness to chew, while referencing a conventional method for producing indication-attached noodle having such a structure as to enable permeation of a prescribed indication made with red food dye from the surface of the wheat flour noodle into the inner part of the noodle.;SOLUTION: The thin food material such as pasta or noodle where characters of festive occasion, good luck invitation, encouragement or the like are carved, is obtained through the following process: characters are carved on the front and back surfaces to reinforce adhesion of tasty material such as seasoning, flavors, soup, sauce, topping or the like on the thin food material via the power of characters such as festive occasion, good luck invitation, encouragement or the like, and unevenness formed by the characters of festive occasion, good luck invitation, encouragement or the like when boiling up the thin food material, so as to be improved in palate feeling and have hardness to chew.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
