1. Use poinsettia cutters or templates to cut the petals. You need six petals of each size and a circle for the base. 2. Once cut, brush the petals with vodka to saturate (but not soak) and place inside the double-sided veiner. Press the veiner together to shape and imprint the petal. Remove and allow to dry. Repeat for all the petals. 3. To assemble the poinsettia, apply the six largest petals to the circle using edible glue or piping gel. 4. Add the second and third layers using the medium-size petals. 5. Form the last layer using the smallest petals. 6. Place a little edible glue or piping gel in the center of the flower and place a few gold pearls for the center of the flower.
