PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cookie kuchen including a surface baked hard by using cookie dough, and to provide a cookie kuchen baking machine capable of baking the cookie kuchen.SOLUTION: A rod boy 100 includes a core rod 10 and a mounting ball 20. The mounting ball 20 is detachably attached in the periphery of the core rod 10 by causing the core rod 10 to be inserted through a hollow receiving the core rod 10. The mounting ball 20 is a sphere or an elliptic sphere. A cookie kuchen 300 is baked by being wrapped around the mounting ball 20. The rod body 100 is controlled to perform rotation and intermittent revolution motion. The mounting ball 20 is capable of being separated into right/left mounting ball pieces 21. The cookie kuchen 300 is cut and divided into right/left in the center, and then the mounting ball 20 is also separated into the right/left mounting ball pieces 21 and is pulled out from the cookie kuchen 300. Cutting areas cut and divided into right/left of the cookie kuchen 300 are matched and combined, and thereby hollow baked confectionery is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
