'Tiger Sharks' A-10s back from Afghanistan

A-10C THUNDERBOLT lis and airmen from the USAF's 75th Fighter Squadron (FS) 'Tiger Sharks' have returned home to Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, following a six-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel. The airmen and aircraft began to arrive back in the US on January 25. The A-10s deployed last July as the second rotation of Thunderbolt Ils at Kandahar Airfield since the aircraft returned to the base in January 2017.
