Erratum for 'A sequence-pair representation and MlP-model-based heuristic for the facility layout problem with rectangular departments'

There are two errors associated with Liu and Meller (2007) that need to be corrected.rnFirst, for data set v10 in the heuristic comparison test 1, we should have reported 20,472 instead of 23,671 as the result of Tate and Smith (2005). This oversight on our part means that the reported improvement for this data set should have been 2.32%.
