As Senegal, which is being advised by Rothschild on debt issues as well as its dealings with the Paris Club, puts the finishing touches to the memorandum of understanding that will confirm it as a beneficiary of the public debt moratorium announced by the G20 in April, several other African countries have opted not to apply for the suspension of their public debt repayments.
