Significant questions about the future of the profession lie ahead in 2007. To face them with confidence, two-way dialogue with members is essential. The institute starts 2007 with both a new chief executive and new president. Eric Anstee and Ian Morris are two hard acts to follow and to both of them the institute owes its thanks. In common with many large organisations, one of the greatest challenges we face as an institute is to communicate effectively with our membership of over 128,000.We're a broad church - with diverse needs.
