Combined single magnetic rod and parallel block sliding rod system in a 7-year-old girl with spinal muscular atrophy type 2: frontal radiographs made preoperatively, postoperative, and at the time of final follow-up, and sagittal radiographs made preoperatively, postoperative, and at the time of last follow-up
