BackgroundIdentifying a source case for TB-exposed children is challenging. We examined the timepoint of obtaining source case TB contact information in HIV-infected and HIV-exposed uninfected (HEU) children in a randomized, placebo-controlled trial of pre-exposure isoniazid prophylaxis.
