摘要

The invention relates to molecular biology, microbiology and medicine and provides for a method for detection of micobacteria of tuberculosis complex with simultaneous identification of sensitivity of strains towards rifampicin and isoniazid in clinical sample on differentiative biochip. The method is based on two-stage multiplex PCR with production of fluorescent labeled DNA fragments with subsequent hybridization of these fragments on microchip, containing a set of specific discriminating oligonucleotides. The determination of resistance of micobacteria of tuberculosis towards rifampicin and isoniazid is realized by identification of single nucleotide substitutions in DNA of microorganism. The invention allows to conduct analysis immediately from the clinical sample, to simultaneously identify of several mutations, to decrease the cost price of analysis and to reduce the time of its realization. The invention relates to the set of primers, biochip and set of oligonucleotide probes, used at realization of the method.
