APost hoc bioinformatics analysis of renal tubulointerstitial transcriptome for the expression levels of GSK3β mRNA in kidney tubulointerstitial specimens procured from healthy living donors and patients with FSGS. Renal tubulointerstitial transcriptome data were derived from www.Nephroseq.org on the basis of the ERCB nephrotic syndrome datasets. *P < 0.05 versus healthy living donor group (n = 9–18). B Renal biopsy specimens from patients with FSGS and normal controls of pre-implant kidney biopsy specimens were processed for immunohistochemistry staining for GSK3β.
