Attitudes toward a mindfulness-based intervention from AfricanAmerican women living with HIV: A qualitative study

Mindfulness-based interventions train participants to pay attention to theirown emotions in the current moment without judging themselves. This studyaims to assess the attitudes toward a mindfulness-based stress reductionintervention among African American women living with HIV.
