For 170 years MSMA Has Been Show-Me Medicine’s Most Important Advocate: All Physicians Have Benefited—All Physicians Should Belong

Since 1850, the Missouri State Medical Association (MSMA) has been the most important advocate for Show-Me State physicians and their patients. For 170 years MSMA has successfully championed the medical profession in interactions with hospitals, insurance companies, local/stateational government, regulatory agencies, and battled the junk lawsuit industry. While all physicians have benefited from MSMA efforts, the administrative costs, volunteered time and legislative burdens have been borne by its members.
